I was leading a local Salvation Army Corps (Church), and it was there in 2000 I came across Natural Church Development. Having grown up on a farm NCD made a lot of sense to me; so I presented the concept to our Corps Leaders and they were gracious enough to embrace the process and continue with it through several leadership changes. From 2001 to 2005 I had the opportunity to share NCD with a number of churches; while doing that I made a number of exciting discoveries which I have since put together in a Workshop, "Lifting the Lid on Natural Church Development." | | |
