I was leading a local Salvation Army Corps (Church), and it was there in 2000 I came across Natural Church Development. Having grown up on a farm NCD made a lot of sense to me; so I presented the concept to our Corps Leaders and they were gracious enough to embrace the process and continue with it through several leadership changes.

From 2001 to 2005 I had the opportunity to share NCD with a number of churches; while doing that I made a number of exciting discoveries which I have since put together in a Workshop, "Lifting the Lid on Natural Church Development."

"Lifting the Lid on Natural Church Development" Is NCD authentic, consistent? Does it deliver? Is it Scriptural? What about NCD and community ministry? How does NCD help in the area of discipleship? Does NCD have anything to say about our proposed new church building? These are some of the questions this workshop endeavours to address. Duration: One day or a condensed version of a half-day

Introductory seminar: What is Natural Church Development?" A seminar for church leaders to facilitate further awareness and discussion as to the usefulness of the NCD process in your church.

"What About Biotic Principles?" The 'how' of the NCD process. When churches fail to engage successfully with NCD it's usually because they overlook these 6 principles!

Consultation: "Your NCD Survey result and What it Might Mean for Your Church" A 2 hour session where we sit down together and unpack the results of your church survey result.

"The Trinitarian Perspective of Natural Church Development" The heart of NCD. The Trinity is more than how the members of the Godhead relate to each other and to people; it's also a compass that can help Christians become more balanced in their total lifestyle.

"The 3 Colours of Ministry" An introduction to the NCD discipleship resource designed to address the Minimum Factor of Gift-based Ministry.

"The 3 Colours of Love" An introduction to the NCD discipleship resource designed to address the Minimum Factor of Loving Relationships
